In this work, a high density phase-change memory (PCM) array with advanced side bottom-electrode-contact (BEC) scheme, which is highly compatible with current complementary metal oxide semiconductor technology, has been proposed. The data storage capacity has been doubled than orthodoxy PCM structure and the contact area between bottom electrode and PCM cell shrinks from 20096 nm2 to 600 nm2. The optimized titanium nitride (TiN) film as side BEC is 10 nm due to trading off between RESET current and SET resistance. As simulation results presented, the PCM cell with optimized side BEC thickness shows lower SET current of 0.06 mA, lower RESET current of 0.24 mA and higher resistance ratio of 10(3) between amorphous and crystalline phases. This side BEC process scheme is cost-effective process accompanying with tungsten via formation to minimize programming power. Meanwhile, based on the three-dimensional (3D) side BEC numerical model, it is manifested that there is cross-talk immunity in adjacent PCM cells during programming.

Purpose: To compare recurrent instability and return-to-sport rates along with external rotation differences between on-track (nonengaging) Hill-Sachs lesion patients undergoing either an isolated Bankart repair (IBR) or a Bankart repair augmented with a remplissage procedure (B+R).
Methods: A search was conducted using 3 databases (PubMed, EMBASE, CINAHL) in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. Only clinical comparative (level of evidence I-III) studies were considered for inclusion.

Purpose: To report of a case of bilateral ocular hypotony associated with ciliary detachments and macula edema as an uncommon troublesome side-effect of pembrolizumab (an immune checkpoint inhibitor) treatment.
Methods: A 56-year-old man with a history of metastatic axillary melanoma (bone, lung, spleen and lymph node lesions) treated with pembrolizumab complained of visual deterioration at his first-year anti-PD1 follow-up visit. Visual acuity in both eyes was 20/32.

Magnesium electrolytes based on a polycarbonate with either magnesium tetrakis(hexafluoroisopropyloxy) borate (Mg(B(HFIP))) or magnesium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (Mg(TFSI)) for magnesium batteries were prepared and characterized. The side-chain-containing polycarbonate, poly(2-butyl-2-ethyltrimethylene carbonate) (P(BEC)), was synthesized by ring opening polymerization (ROP) of 5-ethyl-5-butylpropane oxirane ether carbonate (BEC) and mixed with Mg(B(HFIP)) or Mg(TFSI) to form low- and high-salt-concentration polymer electrolytes (PEs). The PEs were characterized by impedance spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), rheology, linear sweep voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry, and Raman spectroscopy.

Background: Cochrane systematic reviews have established methods for identifying and critically appraising empirical evidence in health. In addition to evidence regarding the clinical effectiveness of interventions, the resource implications of such interventions can have a huge impact on a decision maker's ability to adopt and implement them. In this paper, we present examples of the three approaches to include economic evidence in Cochrane reviews.

We determine the phase diagram of strongly correlated fermions in the crossover from Bose-Einstein condensates of molecules (BEC) to Cooper pairs of fermions (BCS) utilizing an artificial neural network. By applying advanced image recognition techniques to the momentum distribution of the fermions, a quantity which has been widely considered as featureless for providing information about the condensed state, we measure the critical temperature and show that it exhibits a maximum on the bosonic side of the crossover. Additionally, we backanalyze the trained neural network and demonstrate that it interprets physically relevant quantities.
