Serum progesterone may increase prior to ovulation trigger in in vitro fertilization patients, jeopardizing endometrial receptivity and therefore live birth rate. Recombinant FSH (rFSH) promotes progesterone production from human granulosa cells. Yet, the role of FSH on progesterone production need deeper exploration.

Introduction: Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL), defined as two or more consecutive pregnancy losses before 24 weeks of gestation, affects up to 1%-2% of couples. Aim of this retrospective cohort study was to report the main causes and pregnancy outcomes of a cohort of women with RPL and the efficacy of a personalized work-up and treatment in terms of live birth rate.
Material And Methods: Women with primary (pRPL) and secondary (sRPL) RPL underwent a complete work-up and personalized therapeutic management.

Objective: This study aimed to compare clinicopathological characteristics and oncological outcomes in patients with endometrial cancer aged ≤45 and >45 years, with a focus on identifying distinct traits and prognostic factors in younger patients.
Design: A retrospective cohort study.
Setting: The study was conducted at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand, with a restricted study population from 1996 to 2016.

Lynch syndrome is a genetic condition predisposing to cancer, particularly colorectal cancer and endometrial cancer, due to germline mutations in MisMatch Repair genes. More rarely, Lynch syndrome is the result of a constitutional promoter methylation. This review summarizes the current knowledge about the role of this epigenetic mechanism in the Lynch syndrome.

Objective: The present study was designed to comprehensively analyze the expression profiles of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ coactivator-1α (PGC-1α), estrogen-related receptor-α (ERRα), estrogen receptor-β (ERβ), interleukin-6 (IL-6), cysteinyl-aspartic acid-specific protease-3 (caspase-3), and cysteinyl-aspartic acid-specific protease-9 (caspase-9) in endometriosis tissues. It also aimed to elucidate the hitherto unclarified role of PGC-1α in the processes of proliferation, apoptosis, and gene expression regulation of human endometrial stromal cells, thereby providing novel insights and identifying potential molecular targets for advancing endometriosis treatment modalities.
Methods: A total of 49 ectopic endometrial tissue samples and 50 normal endometrial tissue samples were meticulously collected from patients who underwent gynecological surgeries in the People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fuzhou, China, between January 2022 and January 2023.
