Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) typing was performed on 55 white schizophrenic patients, who were subdivided into groups on the basis of clinical subtype, response to neuroleptic treatment, enlargement of the lateral ventricles, presence of increased prefrontal or parieto-occipital markings, and presence of reversed frontal or occipital lobe asymmetry. No observed differences in antigen frequencies between the group as a whole and controls or between any subgroup and the remaining group or controls remained significant after correction for the number of antigens tested.

Objective: To assess the effectiveness of the Healthy Lifestyle Program (HeLP) compared with guideline-based care for low back pain disability.
Design, Setting, And Participants: This superiority, assessor-blinded randomized clinical trial was conducted in Australia from September 8, 2017, to December 30, 2020, among 346 participants who had activity-limiting chronic low back pain and at least 1 lifestyle risk (overweight, poor diet, physical inactivity, and/or smoking), referred from hospital, general practice, and community settings.

Objectives: This study aims to develop a mobile application (app) based on the Self-Determination Theory for patients returning to work after thyroid cancer surgery and to verify its effectiveness.
Methods: We developed an app to promote self-management and verify its effectiveness after 12 weeks in early outpatients who underwent thyroid cancer surgery through a randomized controlled trial design.
