The therapeutic and reactivating activities of a new antidote alloxime were studied as compared with dipiroxime (TMB-4) during oral intoxication of animals by chlorophos and carbophos (LD50). When administered intramuscularly in a dose of 10 mg/kg, alloxime exhibited more pronounced therapeutic and reactivating effects (particularly in the central nervous system) as compared to dipiroxime.
