An FTIR spectrum fitting algorithm based on continuous wavelet transform is proposed. In calculating the factor of difference spectrum, the algorithm takes into account both the original spectrum and its continuous wavelet transformed spectra, which effectively overcomes the problem of reference peak selection and manual factor selection in most commercial software. The detailed discussions on wavelet scale, order and basis are included. The spectral fitting is performed on six wavelet basis functions and the obtained scale factor is used to quantify the content of liquor, and the corresponding mean absolute error ranges from 0.047 to 0.072, and the standard deviation ranges from 0.056 to 0.091. Experimental results show that the CWT combined with least squares fitting provides an accurate and reliable new method for FTIR spectral subtraction.

Addressing the issues of a single-feature input channel structure, scarcity of training fault data, and insufficient feature learning capabilities in noisy environments for intelligent diagnostic models of mechanical equipment, we propose a method based on a one-dimensional and two-dimensional dual-channel feature information fusion convolutional neural network (1D_2DIFCNN). By constructing a one-dimensional and two-dimensiona dual-channel feature information fusion convolutional network and introducing a Convolutional Block Attention Mechanism, we utilize Random Overlapping Sampling Technique to process raw vibration signals. The model takes as inputs both one-dimensional data and two-dimensional Continuous Wavelet Transform images.

For understanding the behavior of the active substance in vivo, the near-infrared (NIR) spectral variations of ovalbumin (OVA) loaded in poly(N, N-dimethyl acrylamide) (PDMAA) hydrogel with temperature were investigated. Analyzing the spectra with improved resolution by continuous wavelet transform (CWT), the absorption variation of the peak at 4851 cm arising from the α-helix of OVA with temperature was studied. The results show that a sharp decrease occurs at a lower temperature in PDMAA hydrogel, indicating that the unfolding of OVA in PDMAA hydrogel is facilitated.
