Objective: To describe clinical features, treatment strategies and visual acuity changes of eyes with uveitic macular oedema (UMO) in ocular tuberculosis (OTB) patients from a non-TB-endemic country.
Methods: This retrospective study was conducted using a 10-year period registry of OTB patients diagnosed in Erasmus MC, Rotterdam. Longitudinal analysis of visual acuity trajectory in eyes with and without UMO was performed using linear mixed effect model.

Background: Diagnostic uncertainty caused by the low positive predictive value of HEV-specific IgM antibody (Ab) testing in a low-prevalence setting. We investigated the utility of a two-step HEV IgM Ab testing approach for diagnosing HEV infection.
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed all adults who underwent HEV IgM Ab and/or HEV RNA testing from July 2013 through June 2023 at Mayo Clinic.

Still, autologous matrix-induced chondrogenesis (AMIC) is a commonly applied 1-stage procedure that has achieved good short- and mid-term results.
