In accordance with contemporary legislation, the article covers materials on specification and approbation of concept model for psychophysiologic examination in medical establishments during medical examination of workers engaged into production with raidation and nuclear danger. The authors defined methodology, examination methods and designed an order of psychophysiologic examination. The psychophysiologic examination and purpose-oriented rehabilitation appeared efficient.

The present pilot study examined effectiveness of a 2-week footbathing intervention on physiological, endocrine, and psychological status in healthy Japanese university students. A total of 51 participants were randomly assigned to a footbathing or normal bathing group. Participants in both groups provided daily free descriptions of their physical and mental states during the intervention period.

Background: Weighted blankets have recently introduced in the treatment on insomnia as a nonpharmacological integrative therapy. Here we prospectively evaluated the effects of weighted blankets on the sleep structure and heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with primary psychophysiological insomnia.
Methods: In this prospective polysomnographic (PSG) study between August 2021 and August 2022, patients were given weighted blankets (~10% of body weight) to use at home for 10 nights consecutively.
