Strategies emphasizing animal-free innovation are imperative for the contemporary and future scientific research. They not only address important ethical concerns, but also should directly improve research accuracy and reliability through redirecting scientific inquiry toward more reliable and translatable methodologies. Promotion and encouragement for use of animal-free innovations among the next-generation of scientists, alongside knowledge acquisition and training in the increased capabilities of novel technologies, are fundamental for advancing science and the welfare of animals used for scientific purposes.

Autistic individuals often display social-communicative differences affecting aspects of daily living. The present study assessed the feasibility and potential efficacy of a dance-based exergame for enhancing autistic children's social-communication skills. A mixed method, within-subject, pre-test/post-test study design was employed.

Unlabelled: Mind-body interventions have been explored to enhance the psychological well-being of dementia caregivers; however, the specific effects of yoga practice remain underexamined.
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the benefits of yoga on quality of life (QoL), life satisfaction, psychological well-being, attention, self-compassion, perceived stress, anxiety, depression, and caregiver burden for dementia caregivers.
Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted on September 11, 2024, in databases including SciELO, PubMed, BVSalud, Web of Science, Embase, and PsycINFO, focusing on the effects of yoga for informal dementia caregivers compared to passive or active control groups through randomized and non-randomized trials.
