Background: Tumour mutational burden (TMB) is an established biomarker for patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). The optimal TMB cut-off is uncertain. It is also uncertain whether there is a sharp TMB threshold or a more graduated change in clinical outcomes as TMB increases.

Purpose: Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system inhibitors (RAASi) are widely used in treatment of cardiovascular and renal disease. While effective, they pose a risk of hyperkalemia. In the general population, risk factors for hyperkalemia include chronic kidney disease, congestive heart failure, and use of medication affecting potassium balance.

Background: Activity-based therapy (ABT) has shown promise as a viable therapeutic intervention to promote neurorecovery in people with spinal cord injury/disease (SCI/D). Tools that track the details of ABT sessions may facilitate the collection of data needed to inform best practice guidelines for ABT.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the content validity of a prototype ABT tracking tool.

Unlabelled: Interpretation of images and spatial relationships is essential in medicine, but the evidence base on how to assess these skills is sparse. Thirty medical students were randomized into two groups (A and B), and invited to "think aloud" while completing 14 histology MCQs. All students answered six identical MCQs, three with only text and three requiring image interpretation.
