Background: Temporal interference electrical stimulation (TI) is promise in targeting deep brain regions focally. However, limited electric field intensity challenges its efficacy.
Objective: This study aimed to introduce a high-current TI electrical stimulation protocol to enhance its intensity and evaluate its safety and efficacy when applied to the primary motor cortex (M1) in the human brain.

Background: Supplementary motor area (SMA) syndrome commonly occurs after glioma resection and requires weeks to months of recovery.
Methods: Thirty-four glioma patients with SMA syndrome were reviewed and assigned to recovered and non-recovered groups based on whether their motor function recovered on postoperative day 7. To validate the association between variations in nodal properties and recovery time, neuro-navigated repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (nrTMS) was applied to stimulate potential nodes.

Objectives: To first investigate the effectiveness of modified constraint-ınduced movement therapy (mCIMT) in low-functioning patients with stroke (PwS). Second, we aimed to investigate the efficiency of intermittent theta-burst stimulation (iTBS), applied on intermittent days, in addition to the mCIMT in PwS.
Design: A randomized, sham-controlled, single-blinded study.

Introduction: Traumatic brain injury to thalamo-cortical pathways is associated with posttraumatic morbidity. Diffuse mechanical forces to white matter tracts and deep grey matter regions induce an inflammatory response and vascular damage resulting in progressive neurodegeneration. Pro-inflammatory cytokines, including interleukin-1β (IL-1β), may contribute to the link between inflammation and the injured capillary network after TBI.
