The research was executed on 1433 patients, male (1055) and a female (378), of calendar age from 17 to 93 years with a various polyorgan somatic and psychoneurological pathology in remission. The polyorgan pathology worsens age-dependent indicators and increases the bioage of male and female patients. Thus sexual differences exist and practically disappear with the years. In men the polyorgan pathology makes negative influence on the age-dependent indicators in a greater degree and increases the bioage. This may be a cause of lower life expectancy for men compared with women.

The results of prospective investigation of 76 patients, suffering an acute pancreatitis, in whom Quercetin was applied in content of a starting liquid resuscitation in complex of preoperative preparation, were studied. Its impact on the indices of systemic and splanchnic blood circulation, as well as results of an acute pancreatitis treatment was studied. Inclusion of Quercetin into a scheme of the patients preoperative preparation have promoted the improvement of indices of systemic hemodynamics and the cardiac pump function and enhancement of the left ventricle mechanical work by 18.

The procedure of an acute experiment, using intraparenchymatose introduction of 40% solution of ethanol, was proposed. The isolated influence of IAH on target organs was investigated, as well as its impact on the simulated severe AP course.

The treatment by gases was used: hyperbaric oxygenation, dry carbonic acid baths, ozon therapy, hypo oxygen therapy and their combinations. On indicators of biological age various age-dependent geroprophylactics effect of gas therapy was established.

Acute experimental pancreatitis induced by injection of trypsin into the pancreatic tissue exhibited characteristics of fulminant hemorrhagic pancreonecrosis (intense exudation of interlobular stroma, massive plasmo- and hemorrhages, foci of acinar cell autolysis involving by the end of day 1 an appreciable portion of the organ with formation of fields of necrosis and hemorrhagic imbibition of the glandular parenchyma, virtually completely without demarcation cellular reaction). Marked microcirculatory disorders and degenerative and necrobiotic changes in the duodenal mucosa and liver reflected the polyorgan nature of the pathological process. This model of hemorrhagic pancreonecrosis corresponded to the most severe forms of this conditions observed clinically.
