In the experiment on mice (CBA x C57Bl6) F1 and Wistar rats is shown the protective effect of triterpenoid plant--miliatsina (3-beta-methoxy-delta18-oleanena) in relation to the humoral immune response and clearance macrophage function hepatic xenobiotic conditions of use--methotrexate. The results define the term as used miliatsina immunoprotector with adverse effects on the body of environmental and industrial chemical factors that form the secondary immunodeficiency.

Methods: The performance of two cloud-based CXR AI systems - one to detect TB and the other to detect CXR abnormalities - in a population with a high TB and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) burden was evaluated. CNS lymphoma is a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that primarily affects the brain, spinal cord, leptomeninges, or eyes, leading to severe neurological or ophthalmological complications. This case report details a 44-year-old male with human immunodeficiency virus and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who experienced permanent vision loss due to optic perineuritis, a rare presenting symptom indicative of underlying CNS involvement. Despite previous remission, imaging revealed focal enhancements suggesting CNS lymphoma, highlighting diagnostic and management challenges in relapsed lymphoma, especially in immunocompromised patients.
