To help facilitate the translation of this potentially revolutionary research to clinical medicine, common guidelines and best practices are necessary. Background: Hydration assessment and management during labour play an important role in maternal and newborn outcomes. Studies indicate that clinical practice is inconsistent, with limited consensus evident in clinical guidelines. Objective: To describe changes in patient and encounter characteristics among Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responses for patients ages 0-19 with firearm-related injuries.
Methods: This retrospective national analysis used data from the 2018-2022 ESO Data Collaborative and included all 9-1-1 records for patients ages 0-19 years with documentation of firearm-related injuries. Percent changes are reported; annual changes were evaluated using a non-parametric test of trend.

Objective: The objective of this systematic review and meta-analysis is to clarify the rehabilitation efficacy of virtual reality (VR) balance training after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR).
Methods: This meta-analysis was registered in PROSPERO with the registration number CRD42024520383. The electronic databases PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, MEDLINE, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Biomedical Literature, China Science and Technology Journal Database, and Wanfang Digital Periodical database were systematically searched to identify eligible studies from their inception up to January 2024.

Background: In Cameroon, like in many other resource-limited countries, data generated by health settings including morbidity and mortality parameters are not always uniform. In the absence of a national guideline necessary for the standardization and harmonization of data, precision of data required for effective decision-making is therefore not guaranteed. The objective of the present study was to assess the reporting style of morbidity and mortality data in healthcare settings.
