Introduction: The cyst of the canal of Nuck is a rare cause of inguino-labial swelling in adult women, arising from an obliteration failure of the processus vaginalis during embryological development. Its rarity often leads to misdiagnosis and improper treatment. This article highlights its diagnosis and surgical management.

The greater sciatic, lesser sciatic and obturator foramina are openings in the pelvis through which pelvic lesions can herniate, leading to the formation of rare dumbbell tumours. We present the case of a man in his late 60s, who presented with obstructed defecation. A per rectal examination revealed a palpable right sided rectal mass.

A 23-year-old woman, conceived by ovulation induction presented at 10 weeks amenorrhea with abdominal pain and a positive urinary Beta HCG. 2D ultrasound suggested a right-sided ectopic pregnancy. On 3D ultrasound imaging, an unicornuate uterus with a right rudimentary horn pregnancy of size 6 cm was diagnosed [Figure 1].

Introduction: There is a risk of iatrogenic vascular injuries during robotic-assisted laparoscopic excision of diaphragmatic endometriosis. Although studies are limited, the first reported case of a suprahepatic inferior vena cava (IVC) injury during robotic diaphragmatic endometriosis excision was successfully treated using a fibrin sealant patch, preventing exsanguination and conversion to laparotomy.
Case Description: A 36-year-old female with a history of recurrent catamenial pneumothorax and two prior video-assisted thoracoscopic surgeries to treat diaphragmatic endometriosis presented to our clinic with right-sided shoulder pain and a chest tube in place.

Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare, low-grade malignant condition that typically affects women of childbearing age and primarily involves the lungs. While cases involving males and affecting the gastrointestinal tract are exceedingly uncommon. This report discusses an unusual case of abdominal LAM in a male patient with gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
