Objective: This study presents 2 cases of labial mammary analog secretory carcinoma (MASC) including diagnostic criteria and a review of literature. MASC has not been previously described in the dental literature.
Design: Two cases of MASC and 1 case of acinic cell carcinoma (ACC) of the lips were reviewed for their microscopic and immunohistochemical features. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) for the ETV6-NTRK3 translocation was performed. The clinical features of 65 cases previously described in the medical literature are reviewed.
Results: MASCs had hematoxylin and eosin features similar to those of ACC but demonstrated larger, globular periodic acid-Schiff positive deposits, whereas ACC had finer granular deposits. MASCs were strongly positive for S100, vimentin, and mammaglobin, whereas ACC was negative for S100 and vimentin and only focally mammaglobin positive. FISH demonstrated that MASCs were positive for ETV6 disruption.
Conclusion: MASCs are newly described, can occur in a wide age range, favor males, and can be misinterpreted as ACC or adenocarcinoma not otherwise specified by routine microscopy.

This research aims to optimize adjuvant ovarian function suppression (OFS) for premenopausal Indian women with hormone receptor-positive (HR+) /human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) early breast cancer (eBC). To address specific challenges identified in clinical practice, a comprehensive questionnaire consisting of 21 statements was developed. These statements were reviewed and validated by a scientific committee, ensuring their accuracy and relevance to the study's objectives.

Background: Action mechanisms of therapeutic alliance in stepped and digital interventions remain unclear.
Aims: (a) To compare the development of therapeutic alliance between psychosocial treatment as usual (PTAU) and a stepped digital intervention designed to prevent distress in cancer patients; (b) to analyse the level of agreement between patients' and therapists' therapeutic alliance ratings; and (c) to explore variables associated with therapeutic alliance in the digital intervention.
Method: A multicentre randomised controlled trial with 184 newly diagnosed breast cancer women was conducted.

Introduction: Most Breast Cancer (BC) patients undergoing Radiotherapy (RT) are potentially susceptible to skin toxicity and prone to clinical symptom complaints. This study aimed to investigate the effect of oral Atorvastatin (ATV) administration on skin toxicity in BC patients undergoing RT.
Methods: One hundred BC patients were randomly assigned to oral ATV (40 mg) or placebo tablets two days before beginning the RT until the eighth week of the RT regimen was completed.

TSC2, a suppressor of mTOR, is inactivated in up to 20% of HBV-associated liver cancer. This subtype of liver cancer is associated with aggressive behavior and early recurrence after hepatectomy. Being the first targeted regimen for advanced liver cancer, sorafenib has limited efficacy in HBV-positive patients.
