A 69-year-old woman presented with a large pigmented perianal ulcer and inguinal lymphomas. The ulcer was fixed to the rectovaginal septum and the anal sphincter. Histological examination of a perianal skin biopsy revealed an anorectal melanoma. Prognosis is poor in these patients, median survival being less than 20 months.
