Background: Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) is a prevalent condition worldwide, significantly diminishing quality of life and productivity. Except for the alignment change, muscle activation patterns (MAP) have garnered increasing attention as another crucial factor contributing to KOA.
Objective: This study explores the factors, characteristics, and effects of MAP changes caused by KOA, providing a neuromuscular-based causal analysis for the rehabilitation treatment of KOA.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a devastating neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the selective and progressive loss of motor neurons, leading to gradual paralysis and death within 2 to 5 years after diagnosis. The exact underlying pathogenic mechanism(s) remain elusive. This is particularly the case for sporadic ALS (sALS), representing 90 % of cases, as modelling a sporadic disease is extremely difficult.

Despite the high incidence of knee injuries reported in non-professional sports, the implementation of specific training programmes aimed at mitigating the kinematic and kinetic factors associated with these injuries remains limited. To determine the effects of a tailored exercise programme on kinematic and kinetic variables during side-cutting activities. Fifty-seven physically active participants were randomised into control group (CG; n: 28) that received no intervention, and an experimental group (EG; n: 29), that performed an individualised exercise programme that included a combination of strength, neuromuscular, proprioceptive, eccentric training and whole-body vibration (WBV) exercises.

Objective: The objective of this study was to analyze available evidence on efficacy and safety of sugammadex in reversing neuromuscular blockades in patients with Myasthenia Gravis (MG), thereby providing a comprehensive understanding of its potential benefits and risks in this specific patient population.
Methods: We performed a systematic search for studies from PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Sources were screened using Rayyan, following predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria focusing on English articles published from 2010 to 2024 on MG patients under general anesthesia.
