A synergetic model allowing the description of a Brownian motion of active nanoparticles within the framework of the Lorenz three-parameter system is developed. The fluctuation's influence on the transition between different motion regimes is investigated. A diagram of possible motion modes of an active nanoparticle group and the corresponding stationary values of velocity are analyzed.

Department of Neurosurgery, Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, FL, USA.
Purpose: Pituitary adenomas, despite their histologically benign nature, can severely impact patients' quality of life due to hormone hypersecretion. Invasion of the medial wall of the cavernous sinus (MWCS) by these tumors complicates surgical outcomes, lowering biochemical remission rates and increasing recurrence. This study aims to share our institutional experience with the selective resection of the MWCS in endoscopic pituitary surgery.

Patient experience and patient safety are directly linked, yet levels of patient experience are stagnant. To improve emergency nursing care and patient experience, an emergency nursing framework HIRAID® (History including Infection risk, Red flags, Assessment, Interventions, Diagnostics, communication, and reassessment) was implemented in 29 Australian emergency departments.

Background: Proximal femoral fractures has been associated with high mortality risk, while little is known about more distal lower extremity fractures. The aim was to report 30- and 365-days mortality in surgically treated lower extremity fractures in individuals above 65 years.
Materials And Methods: We extracted data from the Danish National Patient Register on all surgically treated lower extremity fracture in the period 1998-2017.
