Background: Axial postural abnormalities (APAs) are frequent and disabling axial symptoms of Parkinson's disease (PD). Image-based measurement is considered the gold standard but may not accurately detect the true severity of APAs because these symptoms can appear or get worse under dynamic conditions.
Objective: The aim was to evaluate quantitative changes in APAs degree during prolonged standing and walking in both single- and dual-task conditions (motor + cognitive).

Purpose: This study reports the relationship between posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) retention vs resection and soft tissue laxity and balance throughout flexion using a robotically controlled ligament tensioner.
Methods: 55 robotic-assisted TKAs (Total knee arthroplasty) were retrospectively reviewe. The robotic ligament tensioner collected laxity data both before and after PCL resection.
Unlabelled: TKA is routinely done orthopaedic procedure done that aims at improving the quality of patients' life by providing pain relief, functional improvement and deformity correction. This study aims to study the efficacy and safety of a Periarticular analgesic cocktail including ropivacaine injection and epidural ropivacaine for early rehabilitation after a total knee replacement.
Methods: Total of 100 patients divided into two groups, one group received epidural ropivacaine and second group given periarticular cocktail containing ropivacaine.

Preoperative muscle atrophy leads to persistent gait abnormalities in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty (THA). Efficient motor learning of the gluteus medius is crucial for their recovery. In this study, a single-joint hybrid assistive limb (HAL) was developed to assist hip abduction.

Sprengel's Deformity (SD) is a rare condition of the shoulder girdle, appearing as the principal congenital anomaly of the shoulder in paediatric patients. The aim of this study is to document the combined experience of two paediatric orthopaedic departments in managing SD using the modified Green Procedure, with a specific emphasis on the clinical and functional outcomes reported by patients; Methods: from June 2010 to February 2023, 42 shoulders in 40 paediatric patients were surgically treated for SD at two paediatric orthopaedic departments. All patients were treated using the modified Green Procedure with or without clavicle osteotomy.
