This study aims to investigate the degree of agreement between the impulse and the magnitude of momentum change (MMC) for various types of movements. Six males performed five successful trials for four movements: straight jogging (SJo), 90° open cross cutting (OC), running jump for height (RJu), and curved jogging with a 5-m radius (CJo). Impulse and MMC were respectively measured using two forceplates and a 3D motion capture system with 10 infrared cameras. Correlation coefficients between the two were over 0.95 except for RJu's medio-lateral component (0.83). RJu motion is mainly in the sagittal plane, and it has a high-frequency impact force at touchdown; the accompanying noise explains the low correlation. In the vertical component, MMC increased with the impulse value. However, the relative error was ∼10%. This is attributable to random equipment errors, error amplifications due to numerical calculations, and skin movements.

Background: Diagnosing headache disorders poses significant challenges, particularly in primary and secondary levels of care (PSLC), potentially leading to misdiagnosis and underdiagnosis. This study evaluates diagnostic agreement for migraine, tension-type headache (TTH), and cluster headache (CH) between PSLC and tertiary care (TLC) and assesses adherence to the International Classification of Headache Disorders 3rd edition (ICHD-3) guidelines.
Methods: A retrospective, cross-sectional analysis was conducted at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin's tertiary headache center.

Background: In uterine cervical cancer (UCC), tumour staging is performed according to the 2018 International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) system, where imaging is incorporated, or the more generic Tumour Node Metastasis (TNM) classification. With the technical development in diagnostic imaging, continuous prospective evaluation of the different imaging methods contributing to stage determination is warranted. The aims of this interim study were to (1) evaluate the performance of radiological FIGO (rFIGO) and T staging (rT) with 2-fluorine-18-fluoro-deoxy-glucose (2[18F]-FDG)-positron emission tomography with computed tomography (PET/CT) and with magnetic resonance imaging (PET/MRI), compared to clinical FIGO (cFIGO) and T (cT) staging based on clinical examination and conventional imaging, in treatment-naïve UCC, and to (2) identify possible MRI biomarkers for early treatment response after radiotherapy.

Background: The viability of the liver pre-transplant depends on the type of donor, age, medical history, circumstances of death, result of analytics, and complementary exploration of the abdominal cavity. Abdominal ultrasound is the initial option for the assessment of previously unknown liver disease, such as the qualitative determination of hepatic steatosis . The presence of hepatic steatosis is considered a risk factor for graft failure after liver transplantation, therefore, at the time of clinical assessment of the donor or its presence in the macroscopic assessment in the operating room can be cause for rejection of the organ by the transplant teams.

Background: Video consultations (VC) disrupt how general practice provides care and how patients receive it. A step towards understanding the use of VC is to study the association between user-status and general practitioner and practice characteristics.
Aim: To study the association between general practitioner and general practice characteristics and VC user-status (users, never users, and former users).

Microwave-assisted extraction of pectin from Dillenia indica (DI) fruit was optimized using Box-Behnken design to maximize yield and quality. Parameters such as solid:solvent (1:10-1:30), microwave power (200-600 W), and extraction time (4-10 min) were varied to determine the optimal conditions. Through experimentation, the optimized extraction parameters were identified as 1:23.
