Metastatic melanoma with unusual histopathology can be diagnostically challenging. One exceptionally rare cutaneous manifestation of metastases is blue-nevus-like metastatic melanoma (BNLMM). RNA interference (RNAi) uses small RNA molecules to inhibit gene expression by targeting specific mRNA, silencing genes involved in undesirable cellular functions. The systematics of 37 new species of Devonian Harpetidae from the central and eastern Anti-Atlas Mountains, Morocco, are described. The new material comes from the Dra-Tafilalet region and the province of Tata. A cladistic study was undertaken involving 138 taxa with the objective of assigning the new taxa to the appropriate genera, which are, as far as possible, monophyletic.

A man in his thirties patient visited his previous physician with the chief complaint of a pigmented macule on the sole of his left foot that had steadily grown over the past two years. A dermoscopic examination of the lesion showed a parallel ridge pattern (PRP); therefore, acral-lentiginous melanoma (ALM) was suspected, and the patient was referred to our hospital for a more detailed examination. On closer inspection, PRP had a well-defined and irregular border with no variation in color, which is atypical for ALM which is characterized by asymmetrical structure and variation in colors.
