Introduction: Mutations in EMD are related to an increased risk of ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death. There is a lack of data concerning ventricular arrhythmia ablation in Emery-Dreifuss patients.
Methods And Results: We present a case of successful ablation of a short-coupled ventricular ectopy (VE) triggering recurrent ventricular fibrillation (VF) episodes in a EMD patient with an intraseptal substrate.

Background: Ventricular tachycardia (VT) substrate characteristics before transcatheter pulmonary valve replacement (TPVR) in repaired tetralogy of Fallot (rTOF) are unknown.
Objectives: In this study, the authors sought to evaluate substrates for sustained monomorphic VT before TPVR in rTOF.
Methods: Retrospective (2017 to 2021) and prospective (commencing 2021) rTOF patients with native right ventricular outflow tract referred for electrophysiology study (EPS) before TPVR were included.

BACKGROUND A single coronary artery is a rare congenital anomaly of the coronary arteries distribution, with an incidence of only 0.03% in the general population undergoing coronary angiography. RCA arising from the distal circumflex artery is an extremely rare variety.

A man in his early 50s presented to the emergency department (ED) with sudden onset of palpitation and presyncope. The 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) recorded in ED showed monomorphic ventricular tachycardia requiring cardioversion in view of haemodynamic instability. The patient was subsequently detected to have an anomalous left coronary artery origin from the pulmonary artery.

Background: The results of ablation of sustained monomorphic ventricular tachycardia (SMVT) are suboptimal. For many patients with implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), ICD electrograms (ICD-EGs) provide the only available information on SMVT. ICD-EGs have the ability to distinguish morphologically distinct SMVT and can be used for pace mapping.
