Objectives: E-learning with video content was created to improve trainees' biliary cannulation techniques; this study aimed to evaluate its educational effect prospectively.
Methods: E-learning program was conducted using videos demonstrating biliary cannulation for 24 papillae, targeting trainees with 2-6 years of experience in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. Ten consecutive cases of biliary cannulation for native papillae performed by trainees were prospectively assessed before and after the e-learning, respectively.

Objective: To conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis of the facilitators of and barriers to the acceptance and use of digital health technology by health workers in low- and middle-income countries.
Methods: We searched several databases for relevant articles published until 25 April 2024. We extracted data on four unified theories of acceptance and use of technology factors (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions) and six additional factors (attitude, habit, incentive, risk, trust and self-efficacy); how these affected the outcomes of behavioural intention and actual use; and the strength of association if reported.

Currently, the trials found that the clinical efficacy of molnupiravir is lower than ritonavir-boosted nirmatrelvir. An explanation for these different efficacies in clinical treatments is still limited. The analysis method was developed and validated to simultaneously quantify nirmatrelvir, ritonavir, and beta-D-N4-hydroxycytidine (NHC) in human plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.

Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in the UAE and a leading cause of cancer-related mortality. Although early diagnosis contributes to favorable prognoses, novel treatment modalities like antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) have significantly broadened the therapeutic landscape for patients in metastatic settings. The recognition of "HER2-low" expression as a targetable category has caused a paradigm shift in the management of breast cancer.

The gene is nearly ubiquitously subjected to activating mutation in pancreatic adenocarcinomas (PDAC), occurring at a frequency of over 90% in tumors. Mutant KRAS drives sustained signaling through the MAPK pathway to affect frequently disrupted cancer phenotypes including transcription, proliferation and cell survival. Recent research has shown that PDAC tumor growth and survival required a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for RAS homolog family member A (RhoA) called GEF-H1.
