This article draws conclusions about pinpointing the actual onset of disease and when interventions should start to occur. The identification of necessary biomarkers will be discussed. We will also examine the incremental consequences of delaying therapy, particularly for 'preclinical' disease. Medical economic analyses can help us balance benefits and avoid some adverse outcomes for patients. To conclude, we will discuss the new roles that need developing for primary care physicians and non-physican providers.

This concluding article serves as an epilogue summing up key issues about migration, labor migrants and development amid a crisis of public health. We predict the forging of an age of sanitization in which different kinds of sanitizing policies will still be in place, especially in Asia, to deal with the sporadic changes of the pandemic. Sanitization politics will continue to intersect with different policy sectors and powers, which will extend beyond the medical understanding of a pandemic and blur the division between science and politics.

In late 2016, we solicited a series of reviews covering the variety of processes that appeared to be involved in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative disorders, particularly Alzheimer's disease (AD). These essays have appeared at regular intervals in . My instructions to the researchers were simply not to emphasize Aβ because there had been many reviews both supporting and questioning the etiologic role of Aβ in the late-onset, sporadic form of AD, and reciting either of those scientific positions would be redundant.
