To establish a UPLC characteristic chromatographic profile analysis method to quickly assess Poria quality and provide basis fro controlling Poria quality. The UPLC characteristic chromatographic profiles of fifteen batches of Poria were determined by ACQUITY UPLC, with HSS T3 Column (2.1 mm x 100 mm, 1.8 microm) eluted with the mobile phases of water containing 0.05% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile in gradient mode. The detection wavelength was set at 243 nm. The common mode of the UPLC characteristic chromatographic profile was set up. There were 20 common peaks, seven of which were identified, and the similar degrees of the fifteen samples to the common mode were between 0.787 and 0.974. The method was so time-saving that it can be used for the quality control of Poria.

As an important agricultural product, cigar tobacco lacks reports on chemical compositions. The investigation on characteristic components of Yunnan local cigar tobacco revealed 15 Cembrane-type diterpenes including nine undescribed ones (-). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis, computational calculations, and X-ray diffraction.

Currently, the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) resources to unblock joints, strengthen bones, and enhance muscle function to regulate anti-osteogenic and anabolic metabolism and thus reshape intraosseous homeostasis was an effective way to alleviate OP. The F-E-D formula, comprising Fructus Psoraleae, Eucommia, and Drynariae Rhizoma, has shown efficacy in treating OP.

The kinetics of anthracene hydrogenation was studied using the method of equilibrium kinetic analysis. To determine the diffusion-kinetic characteristics, anthracene hydrogenation was performed at different temperatures (648 K, 673 K, 698 K), at a hydrogen pressure of 3 MPa in the presence of a mixture of pyrite (FeS) and aluminum oxide (AlO) taken at a ratio of 1:1. Chromatographic analysis of anthracene hydrogenation products showed the presence of 9,10-dihydroanthracene (DHA), 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroanthracene (THA), methylnaphthalene (MN), naphthalene (H) and other unidentified compounds.

The development of monodisperse hybrid silica microspheres with highly regular pore structure and uniform distribution of functional groups have significant value in the biomolecular separation field. In this work, the short range ordered pore channels are precisely constructed onto the non-porous silica microsphere surface by a bi-phase assembly method, and the cylindrical silica channel introduced a plethora of vinyl groups by "one-pot" co-condensation to form vinyl hybrid silica shell. As hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) stationary phase, the vinyl hybrid core-shell silica microsphere is simply modified with zwitterion glutathione (SiO@SiO-GSH), in which the HILIC enrichment process is significantly shortened due to its specific porous characteristics.
