Background: Vaccination is one of the most effective ways of protecting individuals against serious infectious diseases and their fatal consequences.
Objectives: The aim of this scoping review was to synthesize data on parental attitudes toward vaccination and identify factors influencing the motivators and barriers to children's vaccination based on Polish studies.
Methods: The scoping review process and reporting were based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScRs) checklist.

Background: Rocky Mountain spotted fever (RMSF) is a challenge for physicians because the disease can mimic other endemic febrile illnesses, such as dengue and COVID-19. The comparison of their main clinical and epidemiological manifestations in hospitalized children can help identify characteristics that improve empirical suspicion and timely therapeutic interventions.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on a series of patients aged 0 to 18 years, hospitalized between 2015 and 2022, with a diagnosis of RMSF, dengue, or COVID-19.

Acute digoxin poisoning is increasingly uncommon in emergency medicine. Furthermore, controversy exists regarding indications for antidotal digoxin immune fab in acute poisoning. In healthy adults, the fab prescribing information recommends administration based on "known consumption of fatal doses of digoxin: ≥10mg," while many emergency medicine textbooks suggest fab administration be driven by clinical features or potassium concentration.

Background: Spontaneous splenic rupture is a rare life-threatening finding with a challenging diagnosis which is largely ignored in the literature. Hematological disorders such as afibrinogenemia are reported to cause bleeding disorders mostly cerebral hemorrhage. Despite being a life-threatening condition, data about spontaneous splenic rupture in patients with Afibrinogenemia remain scarce.
