Background: Acquired bronchobiliary fistula (BBF) is a rare but life-threatening complication that can occur as a result of oncological processes, inflammatory reactions, parasite infections, thoracoabdominal trauma, or invasive procedures associated with iatrogenic injury. However, the potential etiology of BBF caused by instrumental issues when using ultrasonic scalpels resulting in diathermy burn and its post-burn effects has never been reported.
Case Presentation: Herein, we present a case of a 65-year-old woman who developed BBF one month after hepatectomy and presented with refractory irritating cough accompanied by yellow bitter sputum.

Objectives: There are little data within the literature regarding tracheobronchoplasty in the setting of the acute and chronically ill, morbidly obese or ventilator-dependent patients with tracheobronchomalacia. Short- and long-term outcomes are studied.
Methods: The series represents 12 tracheobronchomalacia patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status scores of 3-5.

Introduction: Endobronchial foreign body aspiration is not common in adults, but it is a life-threatening event. Recurrent pneumonias by chronic retention of foreign body often lead to initial medical presentation of the patient. However, lymphoplasmacellular bronchitis with adenomatous hyperplasia and squamous epithelium metaplasia with complete or partial blockage of lobar bronchus mimicking lung tumor is rare in literature, and this particular condition is often misdiagnosed.

Introduction And Importance: Bronchial foreign body aspiration is a life-threatening emergency. Largely, the published literature focuses on the removal of foreign bodies by bronchoscopy, while the surgical removal of endobronchial foreign bodies is rarely reported on. Thus, we presented a case of a bronchial foreign body that was successfully removed by a video-assisted thoracoscopic surgical (VATS) bronchotomy, after multiple failed bronchoscopic attempts.
