Salmonella enterica serovar 4,[5],12:i:- sequence type 34 (ST34) has recently become a global concern for public and animal health. The acquisition of mobile genetic element ICEmST, which contains two copper tolerance gene clusters, cus and pco, influences the epidemic success of this clone. Copper is used as a feed additive in swine at levels that potentially lead to selection pressure for Enterobacteriaceae; however, it remains unclear whether the copper tolerance system of ICEmST functions in vivo.

A pathogen strain responsible for sweet potato stem and foliage scab disease was isolated from sweet potato stems. Through a phylogenetic analysis based on the rDNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region, combined with morphological methods, the isolated strain was identified as To comprehensively analyze the pathogenicity of the isolated strain from a genetic perspective, the whole-genome sequencing of HD-1 was performed using both the PacBio and Illumina platforms. The genome of HD-1 is about 26.

Plasma membrane repair (PMR) restores membrane integrity of cells, preventing cell death in vital organs, and has been studied extensively in skeletal muscle. Dysferlin, a sarcolemmal Ca-binding protein, plays a crucial role in PMR in skeletal muscle. Previous studies have suggested that PMR employs membrane trafficking and membrane fusion, similar to neurotransmission.

Tetrapedia diversipes is a Neotropical solitary bee commonly found in trap-nests, known for its morphological adaptations for floral oil collection and prepupal diapause during the cold and dry season. Here, we present the genome assembly of T. diversipes (332 Mbp), comprising 2,575 scaffolds, with 15,028 predicted protein-coding genes.
