Purpose: To report a case of atypical nodular posterior scleritis mimicking as a melanotic choroidal melanoma.
Methods: Descriptive case report.
Results: A 38-year-old female presented with sudden onset diminution of vision, severe pain and redness in her right eye.

Changing the vision, understanding, interpretation and analysis of certain data or scientific dilemmas is what is able to change the status quo and revitalize a mission, an impulse or important thoughts, thus creating the conditions for it to increase immensely the chances of bringing it to success. Or, following Albert Einstein's postulate: ˝We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them˝, we should think: ˝Where does the road to success start? How do we solve or neutralize a problem? ˝ And the answer is: ˝ By taking a consistent and systematic approach, analyzing each component! And we eliminate every possibility of negative influence.˝ These thoughts apply with full force to cancer rates in general, but also to melanoma rates in particular: the murderous tempo of globalization and modernization in medicine has not yet led to the desired decrease in these rates; on the contrary, they are rising headlong and remain largely unpredictable and difficult to regulate.

Aim: The aim of this study was to identify the incidence, etiology, most common presentations, complications, and the causes of visual loss in posterior uveitis (PU).
Materials And Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on a cohort of 125 patients with PU with a minimum follow-up of 6 months. Ocular evaluation consisted of slit-lamp examination, indirect ophthalmoscopy, tonometry, and refraction.

Pythium insidiosum keratitis (PIK) is a devastating corneal infection resulting in blindness in a large number of cases. Clinically and morphologically, it closely mimics fungal keratitis, and hence is also labeled as "parafungus." Although many clinical studies have documented evidence regarding the virulence of microorganism, and anatomical and functional outcomes, it remains a clinical challenge and diagnostic dilemma for most clinicians.
