The platinum butadiynyl complex trans-(C(6)F(5))(p-tol(3)P)(2)Pt(C≡C)(2)H and a CuI adduct of a 1,10-phenanthroline based 33-membered macrocycle react in the presence of K(2)CO(3) and I(2) or O(2) to give a rotaxane (ca. 9%) in which the macrocycle is threaded by the sp carbon chain of trans,trans-(C(6)F(5))(p-tol(3)P)(2)Pt(C≡C)(4)Pt(Pp-tol(3))(2)(C(6)F(5)). The crystal structure and macrocycle/axle electronic interactions are analyzed in detail.

However, the development of THz nanoscopy has been greatly limited due to the inherently low efficiency of the scattered field and the convolution of the intrinsic material response with the extrinsic response of the cantilevered tip. In this work, we quantitatively study the near-field time-delayed pulse transients of resonant cantilevered tips, observing localized tip-enhanced coupling as well as delocalized collective charge oscillations propagating as resonant surface waves along cantilevered tips.

In such a case, damage to the monitored structure elements is detected using an integrated network of sensors operating in real-time or periodically in frequent time stamps. This paper briefly introduces a new type of sensor, called a Customized Crack Propagation Sensor (CCPS), which is an alternative for crack gauges, but with enhanced functional features and customizability.

In this paper, a novel p-type junctionless field effect transistor (PJLFET) based on a partially depleted silicon-on-insulator (PD-SOI) is proposed and investigated. The novel PJLFET integrates a buried N+-doped layer under the channel to enable the device to be turned off, leading to a special work mechanism and optimized performance. Simulation results show that the proposed PJLFET demonstrates an I/I ratio of more than seven orders of magnitude, with I reaching up to 2.
