Introduction: Wales has higher rates of bowel cancer incidence and mortality than other UK nations, with over 2300 new cases and 900 deaths annually. This evaluation aimed to explore the experiences of individuals with a history of bowel cancer and their caregivers in Wales, UK, examining diagnosis, treatment and aftercare.

Background: Language acquisition is a critical developmental milestone, with notable variability during the first 4 years of life. Developmental language disorder (DLD) often overlaps with other neurodevelopmental disorders or simple language delay (SLD), making early detection challenging, especially for primary caregivers.

Background: Caregivers of autistic children experience particularly poor levels of mental health and increased caregiving complexities. Proactive post-diagnostic family support is recommended but is inconsistently implemented, largely not evidence based, and does not directly address caregiver mental health.
