We report a 4-year-old with Gorham-Stout disease (GSD) who was treated with a combination of bisphosphonate, sirolimus, and atenolol. A previously healthy 4-year-old girl presented with back pain after falling on her back 2 months prior. Thoracolumbar spine X-ray revealed diffuse compression spinal fractures in T9-L2.

Herniated thoracic disk has an incidence of 1/1 million. Treatment options for a calcified herniated disk include conservative management or diskectomy with or without fusion. Background: Gorham-Stout disease is a rare condition of unknown prevalence and unknown exact cause. Its pathogenesis is based on enhanced osteoclastic activity leading to bone resorption and bone replacement by distended lymphatic vessels. Because of its rarity and a various range of symptoms the disease may give, diagnosis is challenging and a strong index of suspicion is required.
