Three cases are presented where there is a direct link between how the divers used their dive computers and the eventual requirement for their therapeutic recompression. The first case involves a diver with a previous history of decompression incidents making adjustments to their dive computer without understanding the outcomes of those alterations. The second case involves two divers running out of air and surfacing having missed significant amounts of decompression, caused by the dive computer not reducing their decompression obligation in actual time. This effect and performance differences between three models of computers were demonstrated in subsequent compression chamber trials reported here. The final case involves a diver who completed their dive within the indicated limits of their dive computer but subsequently developed serious neurological decompression sickness that left severe permanent residua. Compression chamber trials suggested that a combination of poor measurement accuracy and outdated decompression management in the computer used could have contributed to the diver's eventual poor outcome.

Objectives: Moebius syndrome (MS) is a rare congenital non-progressive rhombencephalic disorder mostly characterised by abducens and facial nerve palsy, but with a multifaceted clinical presentation. Isolated or multiple pituitary hormone deficiencies in the setting of MS have been occasionally reported, but the simultaneous involvement of three or more hypothalamic-pituitary axes has never been described. We hereby report the case of a girl with MS that showed a co-occurrence of GH-, TSH- and ACTH-deficiency.

Aim: This article explores graduates' perceptions of the value rural undergraduate IPE had on their IPCP during their first year of work.

Background: Active case-finding is an effective strategy for combating leprosy, especially in early multibacillary cases in endemic regions. Introduction: Opium and cigarette smoking have been identified as significant cancer risk factors. Recently, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified opium as a Group 1 carcinogen in 2020.
Method: Using data from a multicenter case-control study in Iran called IROPICAN, involving 717 cases of bladder cancer and 3477 controls, we assessed the interactions on the causal additive scale between opium use and cigarette smoking and their attributing effects to evaluate public health relevance and test for different mechanistic interaction forms to provide new insights for developing of bladder cancer.
