A single stage procedure for correction of congenital vertical talus using a medial approach is described. The operation was performed on 14 feet with good initial anatomical results in all cases. No wound healing complications were observed.

Polyhydramnios is linked to complications such as placental abruption, preterm labor, congenital anomalies, and postpartum hemorrhage, emphasizing the need for early detection and management. While idiopathic causes account for 60%-70% of cases, other causes include impaired fetal swallowing and increased urine production due to maternal, fetal, and placental conditions.

Severe early-onset scoliosis (EOS) can be addressed by different growth-friendly approaches, although the indications of each technique remain controversial.
