Introduction: The prevalence of tobacco use among people experiencing homelessness is 70 %. Mental health and substance use disorders are associated with tobacco use and pose challenges for tobacco cessation.
Methods: Between 2019 and 2024, we recruited 206 adults experiencing homelessness from three homeless shelters in San Francisco, California.

Background: There is great interest in intensive primary care interventions to address high utilization among medically and socially complex patients. How patients experience these interventions has received less attention.
Objective: To better understand patients' experience of intensive primary care, we interviewed patients receiving care from the Streamlined Unified Meaningfully Managed Interdisciplinary Team (SUMMIT), an ambulatory intensive care intervention at an urban federally qualified health center.

Although Haute-Savoie has an image of being a wealthy region, precariousness is often rendered invisible. When this is combined with suffering on the streets and mental health problems, new models of support are essential. A scheme called Un chez-soi d'abord has been set up in the north of the department.

The "Un chez-soi d'abord" scheme aims to provide independent housing for homeless people diagnosed with psychosis. The "tenants" are supported by a medical-social team, who come to meet them on a weekly basis to help them access and maintain their home. While psychiatric pathology is taken into account, the approach is essentially focused on recovery.
