Background: Talquetamab is the first GPRC5D × CD3 bispecific antibody approved for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. In phase 1 of the MonumenTAL-1 study, initial results of subcutaneous talquetamab 0·4 mg/kg once a week and 0·8 mg/kg every 2 weeks showed preliminary clinical activity. Short phase-separating peptides serve as liquid-based vehicles due to their remarkable fluidity and cell permeability, holding great promise in diffusion-limited applications such as intracellular drug delivery or penetration into deep-seated tumors. However, tuning the phase stability and the phase-transition sensitivity of these coacervates in response to specific pathological signals remains a significant challenge. To tackle this challenge, this study presents a phase-separating peptide/hyaluronic acid (HA) complex coacervate system, which undergoes a solid-to-coacervate transition upon exposure to matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9).

Background: The increasing occurrence of migrant insect pests poses a serious threat to the sustainability of agriculture and to food security. Continuous monitoring of high-flying insects plays a crucial role in developing effective pest management strategies and implementing successful control measures.
Results: The present study established vertical-looking radar (VLR) monitoring of insects in Henan Province, China, with a unit incorporating up-to-date high frequency digitization technology and rapid target-finding procedures.
