Background: Accurate modeling of electrostatic potential and corresponding energies becomes increasingly important for understanding properties of biological macromolecules and their complexes. However, this is not an easy task due to the irregular shape of biological entities and the presence of water and mobile ions.
Results: Here we report a comprehensive suite for the well-known Poisson-Boltzmann solver, DelPhi, enriched with additional features to facilitate DelPhi usage. The suite allows for easy download of both DelPhi executable files and source code along with a makefile for local installations. The users can obtain the DelPhi manual and parameter files required for the corresponding investigation. Non-experienced researchers can download examples containing all necessary data to carry out DelPhi runs on a set of selected examples illustrating various DelPhi features and demonstrating DelPhi's accuracy against analytical solutions.
Conclusions: DelPhi suite offers not only the DelPhi executable and sources files, examples and parameter files, but also provides links to third party developed resources either utilizing DelPhi or providing plugins for DelPhi. In addition, the users and developers are offered a forum to share ideas, resolve issues, report bugs and seek help with respect to the DelPhi package. The resource is available free of charge for academic users from URL: http://compbio.clemson.edu/DelPhi.php.

Our study was designed to update the HIV Knowledge Questionnaire by incorporating pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) knowledge questions, as previous HIV knowledge tools lack this focus. Four rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted with 47 expert participants, each with extensive HIV-related expertise (mean experience: 18.94 years).

Objective: To construct a comprehensive physical exercise evaluation index system for asthmatic children aged 6-12 years.
Design: Based on knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP) theory, we constructed an item pool for a physical exercise evaluation index system using a literature review and semistructured interviews and refined the index system through two questionnaire cycles with Delphi experts.
Results: For the two questionnaire rounds, the recovery rate was 100%, the experts' authority coefficients were 0.

Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital (The Neuro), Montreal, QC, Canada.
Background: Remote diagnostic assessment of cognitively impaired individuals offers numerous potential benefits including increased access to care. However, remote cognitive and behavioral assessment also has limitations, and may not be appropriate for certain patients. Currently, evidence-based guidance on virtual assessment readiness is lacking.

Federal University of Sao Paulo (UNIFESP), Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Background: (1) to present the main findings of two National Dementia Reports developed in partnership with the Brazilian Ministry of Health; (2) to summarize and discuss the proposed public health initiatives to respond to the challenges identified in the reports.
Methods: Desk review, bibliometric study, cross sectional data and secondary analysis of existing data.
Results: There is a lack of knowledge in Brazil in most parts of the country about the epidemiology as well as other important dementia-related factors.
Background: Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD) place enormous burdens on families, care partners, and the public programs that finance ADRD services. Caregiving is disproportionately provided by women, individuals of low socioeconomic status, and underserved minority populations, who also rely upon informal care and support. National dementia strategies rarely address the needs of care partners.
