College students with undiagnosed attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) exhibit varying symptoms and may have trouble in class, be involved in driving accidents, be late to appointments, be disruptive, and abuse alcohol. Clinicians and others in a position to recognize and identify behaviors indicative of ADHD should either complete a thorough assessment for ADHD, including disorders that commonly co-occur with or are mistaken for the illness, or refer students to someone who can. For students with a comprehensive evaluation who are diagnosed with ADHD, special accommodations are available on campus. Clinicians can provide students with several strategies to manage their disorder and improve their chances of having a successful academic career.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an association between increasing posterior tibial slope and meniscal tears in a group of patients with isolated, noncontact and acute ACL ruptures from a large ACL registry.
Methods: Our institution's ACL Registry was consulted to identify patients between the age of 18 and 45 who underwent primary ACL reconstruction between Jan 2019 and July 2022 for acute, noncontact ACL rupture. Patients with pre-existing meniscal pathology, chronic ACL reconstructions, revisions, and multi-ligament knee injuries were excluded.

Introduction: The objective of this study was to examine the mechanisms of social influence driving e-cigarette use in adolescent social networks and differentiate between the effects of exposure to friend behavior and social norms on individual use.
Methods: Surveys on health behaviors and friendship networks from nine high schools in Southern California (N = 2,245; 48% Hispanic) were collected at three time points from Spring 2021 of grade 9, Fall 2021, and Spring 2022 of grade 10. Stochastic actor-oriented models for the co-evolution of social networks and behavior dynamics tested for friendship network social influences on e-cigarette use.
