Gonadotroph neuroendocrine pituitary tumors are among the most common intracranial neoplasms. A notable proportion of these tumors is characterized by invasive growth which hampers the treatment results and worsens prognoses of patients. Increased hsa-miR-184 expression was observed in invasive as compared to non-invasive gonadotroph tumors.

Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) measurement parameters-the standard noninvasive diagnostic method for rotator cuff tears (RCTs)-have been used to compare groups with and without RCTs. Arthroscopy is used in definitive diagnosis and treatment.
Purposes: To evaluate the association between RCT and shoulder angles and distances on MRI in patients with and without arthroscopically validated RCT and to determine whether the degree of rotator cuff fatty degeneration affects the MRI measurements.

Objective: To develop and validate a deep learning signature for noninvasive prediction of spread through air spaces (STAS) in clinical stage I lung adenocarcinoma and compare its predictive performance with conventional clinical-semantic model.
Methods: A total of 513 patients with pathologically-confirmed stage I lung adenocarcinoma were retrospectively enrolled and were divided into training cohort (n = 386) and independent validation cohort (n = 127) according to different center. Clinicopathological data were collected and CT semantic features were evaluated.

Background: Differentiation of benign myxomas and malignant myxoid sarcomas can be difficult with an overlapping spectrum of morphologic MR findings.
Purpose: To assess the diagnostic utility of MRI radiomics in the differentiation of musculoskeletal myxomas and myxoid sarcomas.
Study Type: Retrospective.
