The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the addition of wild garlic leaves on the sensory quality, volatiles, color, and texture of sheep milk soft rennet-curd cheese. The sensory evaluation of color, appearance, texture, odor, and taste was performed using a 5-point scale. The intensity of selected taste and odor discriminants was also assessed.

Although edible flowers have been historically principally used due to their visual appeal and smell, the world is discovering their value as innovative and natural sources of bioactive compounds. L. (CpL), a plant from the Cucurbitaceae family, is widely cultivated for its edible fruits and flowers, which are rich in polyphenols and carotenoids-compounds known for their potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

The genus Artemisia is one of the most abundant groups of medicinal plants in the Asteraceae family. Based on the theoretical basis of the pharmacophylogeny, the phylogenetic analysis, association analysis and other methods were used to systematically sort out the genetic relationships, properties, tastes, chemical constituents, and traditional efficacy of Mongolian medicines of genus Artemisia(MMA). The correlation and regularity were discussed.

The target of breeding red-fleshed apples is to increase their potential health benefits related to red flesh coloration and consumer acceptance. The objective of this study was to determine the usefulness of four clones (90, 120, 156, and 158) of red-fleshed apples for freeze-drying compared to the cultivar 'Trinity'. Red-fleshed apples were dried in the form of slices using a laboratory freeze-dryer.
