We herein report a rare case of collision lymph node metastases of breast and thyroid carcinomas. A 49-year-old female had undergone an extensively radical mastectomy of the right breast for inflammatory breast cancer at our hospital. Eleven months later, she presented with enlarged lymph nodes in her right lateral neck and multiple nodules in bilateral thyroid lobes. The patient underwent total thyroidectomy and radical dissection of the bilateral cervical lymph nodes. A histological examination showed multiple foci of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) in the bilateral lobes. Surprisingly, concurrent metastases of breast carcinoma and PTC were shown in one of the lymph nodes from the right jugular region. This rare case of collision metastasis and the related literature are discussed.

Background: This is a multicentre, European, prospective trial evaluating the diagnostic accuracy of One Step Nucleic Acid Amplification (OSNA) compared to sentinel lymph nodes histopathological ultrastaging in endometrial cancer patients.
Methods: Centres with expertise in sentinel lymph node mapping in endometrial cancer patients in Europe will be invited to participate in the study. Participating units will be trained on the correct usage of the OSNA RD-210 analyser and nucleic acid amplification reagent kit LYNOAMP CK19 E for rapid detection of metastatic nodal involvement, based on the cytokeratin 19 (CK19) mRNA detection.

Background: Esophageal ultrasound with bronchoscope fine needle aspiration (EUS-B-FNA) is a valuable tool for the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer, complementing endobronchial lung ultrasound (EBUS). While generally considered safe, there is a notable lack of comprehensive knowledge within the interventional pulmonology community regarding potential complications.
Case Presentation: We present a case involving a 66-year-old male with squamous cell lung carcinoma undergoing mediastinal staging.

Background And Objective: Given the uncertainty regarding the role of radical nephroureterectomy (RNU) as part of a multimodal treatment strategy for upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) patients with cN+ disease, we aimed to perform a systematic review and meta-analysis of the corresponding literature.
Methods: Using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses guidelines, we identified 17 observational comparative and noncomparative studies, published between January 2000 and September 2024, evaluating UTUC patients with cTanyN+M0 disease (P) who received RNU as part of a multimodal treatment strategy (I), as compared with any treatment strategy if applicable (C), to assess oncological or postoperative outcomes (O). Meta-analyses were further performed, as appropriate.

Objectives: To evaluate the pathological outcomes of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients who were unsuitable for general anesthesia and underwent regional anesthesia in terms of their suitability for oncological surgery.
Methods: A total of 53 patients who underwent mesocolicormesorectal surgery under regional anesthesia at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital, Ankara, Turkey, between May 2019 and May 2023 were retrospectively examined. The negative margins of the proximal, distal, and circumferential margins of specimens, as well as the number of lymph nodes removed, were analyzed.
