Inadequate B vitamin levels are associated with various health issues, including neurocognitive problems, immune imbalances, and inflammation. In ageing individuals, deficiencies in B vitamins increase the risk of cardiovascular ailments, stroke, cognitive disorders, neurodegeneration, mental health issues, and methylation-related disorders.
