Introduction: Chylothorax is a very rare complication of chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

Presentation Of Case: We describe the case of an 83-year old woman with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, complicated by recurrent chylothorax and ultimately treated by pleurodesis with bleomycin.
