Esophago-jejunal anastomoses fistula could be mortal. Currently there is a wide therapeutic measure ranging from conservative management, endoscopic therapy and surgery. Endoscopic management has been positioned above other strategies due to minimal invasion which improves survival and reduces mortality.

Duodenal neuroendocrine tumors are relatively rare subepithelial tumors that arise from cells of the neuroendocrine system. Small duodenal neuroendocrine tumors can be treated endoscopically because of their low potential for metastasis. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of conventional and underwater endoscopic mucosal resection for duodenal neuroendocrine tumors.

Background: Various endoscopic treatment options are available for managing colonic diverticular bleeding (CDB). We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the effectiveness of these endoscopic interventions in achieving hemostasis in patients with CDB, focusing on early rebleeding rate (ERR) within 30 days.
Methods: A systematic literature search of the PubMed and Cochrane Library databases was performed for articles published between January 2008 and December 2023.
