INTRODUCTION ETV6::JAK2 is a fusion known to drive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) in the presence of other genomic lesions which define the JAK/STAT class of Philadelphia-like Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (Ph-like ALL). Ph-like ALL comprises approximately 15% of ALL. Patients with mutations or gene fusions signaling through the JAK/STAT pathway have particularly poor prognosis.

Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that leads to ankylosis of the axial skeleton. Celecoxib (cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor, COX-2i) inhibited radiographic progression in a clinical study of SpA, but in the following study, diclofenac (COX-2 non-selective) failed to show that inhibition. Our study aimed to investigate whether nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) inhibited bone progression in SpA, and whether celecoxib had a unique function (independent of the COX-inhibitor), compared with the other NSAIDs.

Background: Following medical cannabis legalization in Thailand in 2019, more people are seeking medical cannabis-related information, including women living with breast cancer. The extent to which they access cannabis-related information from internet sources and social media platforms and the quality of such content are relatively unknown and need further evaluation.
Objective: This study aims to analyze the factors determining cannabis-related content quality for breast cancer care from internet sources and on social media platforms and examine the characteristics of such content accessed and consumed by Thai breast cancer survivors.

Introduction: The annual growth of psychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases requires new therapeutic strategies for delivering active pharmaceutical molecules to the brain. Non-invasive intranasal drug delivery is a promising method that allows bypassing of the blood-brain barrier and the liver de-toxification system.
Results: The review discusses the main results of experimental studies of the effect of intranasal substances of amino acid and peptide nature on the monoamine systems of the brain.
