Objective: To assess reproductive performance in women with septate uterus and otherwise unexplained infertility after hysteroscopic metroplasty.
Study Design: A total of 72 women with septate uterus and otherwise unexplained primary infertility were included in the study. All of the women underwent hysteroscopic septal resection. Reproductive performance of these women within one year of surgery was studied and analyzed.
Results: Thirty-three women (45.83%) conceived within one year of surgery. Only 4 women (12%) had spontaneous abortions, and only 5 (15%) had preterm delivery.
Conclusion: Hysteroscopic metroplasty in women with septate uterus significantly improves reproductive outcomes.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to investigate the safety and utility of hybrid uterine septal resection.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective cohort trial included 16 patients who underwent hybrid uterine septal resection at Hyogo Medical University Hospital between January 2017 and September 2021. Hysteroscopic uterine septum resection was performed in 16 patients, whereas 5 patients with vaginal septal complications underwent an additional vaginal septectomy under supervision by thin laparoscopy and fluoroscopy.

Female hypospadias is an extremely rare condition characterised by urethral meatus placed within the introitus on the anterior vaginal wall, along with foreshortening of the urethra. It is an often missed anomaly that usually co-exists with other genitourinary conditions like ectopic ureter, renal anomalies, septate vagina and bicornuate uterus. A case series of five girls who had hypospadias is being described.
