Radial access has lower risk of vascular complication for cardiac catheterization and is rapidly replacing femoral access. There are few unique complications associated with this approach. We present 3 cases of sterile granulomatous reaction associated with a specific hydrophilic radial sheath and possibly contribution by radial wrist band [TR band; Terumo Medical used for hemostasis after sheath removal (2101 cotton tail lane somerset NJ, USA)]. Background: Early chick mortality (ECM) is one of the most important problems of the poultry industry that causes severe economic losses to the farmers. The chick mortality varies in different geographical locations and its etiological factor also varies.
Aim: The aim of the present work was to isolate and identify various etiological agents responsible for causing ECM in broilers, and study the overall occurrence and pathology of various disease conditions responsible for causing ECM in broilers.
Sarcoidosis is an immune-mediated multisystem condition of unknown etiology, characterized by non-caseating granulomatous inflammation. While it commonly affects the lungs and the reticuloendothelial system, it can affect any organ. Most of such cases involve the central nervous system, but the condition rarely presents with symptoms related to hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction.
