Dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDLPS) is a non-lipogenic sarcoma, generally arising from well-differentiated liposarcoma (WDLPS), although it can develop de novo. DDLPS tumors rarely trans-differentiate into non-adipose mesenchymal tissues; however, the latter lack notable variety and mostly show striated muscle or osteogenic/chondrogenic differentiation. Here, we report a case of DDLPS that contained numerous atypical vessels.
