In the field of agriculture, particularly within the context of machine learning applications, quality datasets are essential for advancing research and development. To address the challenges of identifying different mango leaf types and recognizing the diverse and unique characteristics of mango varieties in Bangladesh, a comprehensive and publicly accessible dataset titled "BDMANGO" has been created. This dataset includes images essential for research, featuring six mango varieties: Amrapali, Banana, Chaunsa, Fazli, Haribhanga, and Himsagar, which were collected from different locations.

Background The accurate diagnosis of intraductal carcinoma of the prostate (IDC-P) is occasionally challenging due to the similarity in pathological morphology between IDC-P and high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (HGPIN). In this report, we reviewed the pathology of cases previously diagnosed as HGPIN to search for IDC-P cases effectively. In addition, we examined whether those cases had genetic abnormalities.

Background: Acute aluminum phosphide (ALP) poisoning presents a significant global medical challenge, particularly in regions where it is commonly used as a pesticide. Despite medical advancements, mortality rates from ALP poisoning remain high. Glucose-insulin-potassium (GIK) infusion therapy has emerged as a potential treatment for ALP poisoning due to its ability to counteract its toxic effects on metabolism and heart function.

Background: Associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy (ALPPS) can induce accelerated regeneration of future liver remnant (FLR) and effectively reduce the occurrence of liver failure due to insufficient FLR after hepatectomy, thereby increasing the probability of radical resection for previously inoperable patients with liver cancer. However, the exact mechanism by which ALPPS accelerates liver regeneration remains elusive.

Methods: A review of the literature was performed utilizing MEDLINE/PubMed and Web of Science databases in March of 2024.
