Background: Breast cancer is the most diagnosed cancer in women worldwide and carries a considerable psychosocial burden. Interventions based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and compassion-based approaches show promise in improving adjustment and quality of life in people with cancer. The Mind programme is an integrative ACT and compassion-based intervention tailored for women with breast cancer, which aims to prepare women for survivorship by promoting psychological flexibility and self-compassion.

Background: Utilizing a larger needle-size instead of a smaller one in vacuum-assisted excision of breast lesions might enhance the effectiveness of the method. We conducted a clinical trial to investigate the effects of needle size 7G compared to 10G regarding excision completeness and procedural efficiency.
Materials And Methods: In this prospective, single-blinded, randomized clinical trial, the patients were enrolled between November 2019 and August 2022.

Lymphedema is one of the disturbing complications after breast cancer treatment that may affect the quality of life (QoL) of breast cancer survivors (BCSs). In this double-blind randomized clinical trial, 63 patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema (BCRL) were included in the study. Group A received standard complete decongestive therapy (CDT), group B received CDT with olive oil, and group C received CDT with chamomile and olive oil.
